Mater Group are looking for a Business Administration Support Officer to join the Planning and Performance team This permanent, full-time role is based at Mater Newstead and will report into the Senior Director Private Revenue & Information Management Salary range: $72,404 - $80,924 per annum plus 11.5% superannuation and access to not-for-profit salary packaging up to $15,900 access to many staff benefits What you’ll be doing You will manage the diary of the Senior Director Performance & Planning and offer general administrative support to the broader Revenue Strategy Team. Manage the travel arrangements for the Executive Director Performance & Planning, Director of Revenue Strategy, the coding team, the billing team, and the revenue assurance team Uploading data extracts into the central reporting repository and carry out basic reconciliation and quality control checks Provide Contract management support Support the team to undertake management of data in CROP HCP extraction for Health Funds across all hospitals HCP data uploads into Mater management systems HCP data reconciliation Other duties as directed by the Executive Director Planning & Performance About you You will have demonstrated experience in administration & calendar management and demonstrated proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Why join us?
