About the role: The Safe at Home Project Administrator provides administrative support to the Safe at Home project team and the broader Safe at Home team. This role convenes meetings and prepares meeting and workshop papers, takes minutes at meetings; coordinates actions, collates quarterly reports and ensures the project team meets relevant timelines. The role reports to the Safe at Home Manager and will contribute to the successful implementation of the Safe at Home trial. This is a Full-Time Fixed Term 38 hours per week - 1.0 EFT until 29/09/2027 opportunity based in Footscray within our McAuley Safe at Home program. The position reports to the McAuley Program Manager – Safe at Home. Key Selection Criteria: To be successful in this role, you will have: Demonstrated capacity in the provision of administrative support. The ability to organise, prioritise, and complete tasks in a timely manner without direct supervision. Ability to travel to Geelong as required (using pool vehicle) Demonstrated high level of communication skills (verbal and written) and experience with taking meeting minutes.
