This role will be perfect for a candidate with some experience in the Office/Administration space and the ability to communicate well. We require the right person 3 days per week. This role will require minimum 3 x days per week You will be interacting with young children and their families as they enter and exit the centres. We require enthusiastic, happy, smiling, enthusiastic team members representing us at all times, assisting when necessary. You will deliver exceptional customer services to our families whilst being responsible for general administration. Responsibilities / About You Answering the phone in a professional manner Be able to demonstrate the ability to multi-task and work well in a busy environment Using our Childcare Software program Supporting Nominated Supervisor (Centre Manager) & Assistant Manager to manage the Centre High level of written and oral communication General Administration duties e.g. filing, typing documents Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative and work with little instruction.
