Job Description APS5 Administration Support Officer 12-month contract| Canberra Location | $54.25 - $58.67 per hour plus 11.5% superannuation OVERVIEW Our Federal Government client is currently seeking an experienced Administration Support Officer to join their team at the APS5 level. Within this role you will work as part of a team to support the Technical Case Managers to coordinate a registration process, from the application stage to the final decision phase. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Triaging enquiries from internal and external stakeholders to members of the case management team Answering incoming phone calls and escalating them appropriately to senior team members Providing administrative support throughout the registration process Assisting with drafting responses to straightforward enquiries from internal and external stakeholders Completion of other administrative tasks as required to assist the case management team and other members of the section EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS Good problem resolution skills. Attention to detail.
