What We Offer: Competitive hourly rate of $38.20 Convenient location with on-site parking Opportunity to build a long-term career with a secure, well-established business Key Responsibilities: Verify and amend orders, ensuring accuracy against ‘picking slips’ and invoices Process and organize driver documents, including invoices, run sheets, and deposit sheets Conduct quality checks on incoming products, including temperature and use-by dates Collaborate with the production manager to verify incoming goods Reconcile drivers’ paperwork, PODs, and approve contractor pays, including 3PL invoices Schedule local driver routes and manage freight manifests Coordinate with customer service to provide ETAs on deliveries Maintain records of return equipment, such as tubs and pallets Ensure compliance by entering driver hours into the log checker for COR requirements Shift Details: Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:36 PM, Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays Immediate start available If you are ambitious and ready to take the next step in your career, apply today
