An opportunity, Built for you As the Autodesk Systems Administrator you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Autodesk software environment, ensuring optimal performance, security, and user support. You will play a critical role in configuring, deploying and troubleshooting Autodesk applications to meet the needs of Built. Here’s what a typical day might look like for you: Install, configure and manage Autodesk software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud and other related software. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues and ensure that software updates, patches, and fixes are applied promptly. Maintain user accounts, profiles, file sharing permissions and overall system security. Develop and maintain best practices for data management, standardisation, and optimisation within the Autodesk environment. Manage licences, user access, permissions and configurations within Autodesk environments. and subscription services, including tracking usage and ensuring compliance. Conduct user training sessions and create training materials to enhance user proficiency with Autodesk software. Here are the essentials you’ll need for this role: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field preferred. Proven experience as a system administrator or similar role managing Autodesk software environments. Strong knowledge of Autodesk products such as AutoCAD, Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud. Proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and learning. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues and independently. Due to the nature of this role and specific requirements, it is mandatory that the successful applicant does have working experience in Autodesk products to see your success in this role.
