Operating Monday to Friday between 7:30am and 6pm, the team follow a Reggio based philosophy. The Role This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. We are looking for someone with experience in programming and the ability to inspire, motivate and maintain a positive learning culture within the centre for children, families and colleagues. You will be joining a dedicated and supportive team where your ideas, input and voice is not only heard but welcomed and encouraged Your main responsibilities will be to: Support educators to assess each child’s learning and development in relation to the approved learning framework, other contemporary theories and the Thrive Curriculum Support educators to critically reflect on each child’s learning and development and on their own pedagogy as part of everyday practice.
