About the Role We have an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Administrator to join the team. You will assist in the effective and efficient delivery of key Supply Chain & Procurement activities including the provision of direct restaurant and RSC support for supply and procurement functions across Collins Foods. In this role, you will assume the following duties and responsibilities: Inventory record creation & maintenance across price file systems including MacromatiX / E1 maintenance checking that our pricing records and reports are correct. Own the price file investigation process by engaging collaboratively with various stockholders including the Yum Supply Chain team, external suppliers/service providers and CFL RSC departments to seek understanding of variations and appropriate remedies. Support internal communication acting as the intermediary for communication between stores, suppliers, and the Yum Supply Chain team. Manage and streamline communication processes, continually seeking improvements to enhance efficiency and clarity across all channels. Provide support to restaurants on supply chain processes, including supplier and provider management, contract queries, and communication dissemination. Support the New Store and Remodel process by working with the cross functional teams in raising & placing of purchase orders for restaurant equipment Own the administration of contract management, including uploading contracts into the system and regularly checking with the procurement team on contract expirations to ensure timely renewals or terminations. Undertake other projects and duties as assigned by the Supply Chain Manager to support the department’s objectives. About You As the Supply Chain Administrator, you will bring to the role the following skills, experience and attributes: Demonstrated experience as a Restaurant General Manager or in an Above Restaurant Operations position (On or Above Target Balanced Scorecard performance) Inventory control or supply chain experience involving administration, analysis and improvement (preferred) Experience in data base management and analysis – use of SQL Server Reporting Systems High level of competence in Microsoft Office applications (primarily Excel) and inventory database management systems (JD Edwards E1 & MacromatiX) About Collins Foods Limited Collins Foods is an ASX-listed company proudly employing over 17,000 employees globally.
