About the Role This is a exciting opportunity for to provide high quality client-related administrative assistance to the Advisers, Strategy, Fund Managers, Life Offices in regards to existing & prospective Clients in servicing their Investment & Insurance Portfolios. You will be responsible for, but not limited to: Creation of informative notes in workflow activity. Updating, monitoring, & prioritising of individual workflow activities To prepare documentation for clients during review meetings as required Ensure client files (electronic & hard copy) are kept in a structured & tidy order Managing initial contact with clients Preparation of Client New Application & Compliance Forms based on implementation instructions Lodge all new insurance / investment applications Complete Compliance checklist to ensure Client File meets compliance regulations Processing additional investment / superannuation contributions About You Demonstrated experience working in a high-level administration role (bonus points if you have experience in the Finance sector) Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage your time effectively Possess exceptional interpersonal skills to engage and manage internal and external relations within the company For a confidential discussion about this opportunity, please reach out to Laila Hoy on lhasr.com.au.
