The Role Provide efficient and effective operational activities to the NSW Membership sales team and the NSW Region as required, to support optimising sales revenue. This role requires a high degree of versatility and flexibility, providing key support activities across business units to meet timelines, support customer service, and assistance in achieving department goals and budgets. Key responsibilities for this role include: Processing of new memberships Co-ordination and support of 1st and 2nd year retention for the NSW region including responsibility for 1st year retention of online membership joins Assist the local administration team as required, including reception relief, stationery sales, meeting room management, minutes at meetings, events or training support The ideal applicant will have the qualities of: Skilled in all Microsoft Office software packages in particular intermediate Excel skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including written communications Ability to demonstrate initiative and produce quality outcomes If you are interested in this position, please submit your application by clicking on the link to apply before 12 September 2024.
