DPA Property Group is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is ready to support the Property Manager in maintaining and overseeing our commercial portfolio. Based in the Brisbane south-side region, you'll enjoy working in a supportive, family-run business that values growth and encourages a collaborative approach. Your main responsibilities will include: Administrative Support: Provide essential administrative assistance for managing a portfolio of office buildings, including matching invoices to jobs and liaising with our accounts payable team. A knowledge of SharePoint would be helpful, but not critical. Property Inspections: Assist to conduct routine property inspections and identify maintenance needs. Communication Management: Handle telephone inquiries, manage the property inbox and liaise with tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders. Maintenance Coordination: Schedule inspections, coordinate property maintenance and work with subcontractors. Property Reception: Act as the main point of contact for all inquiries and maintain clear, transparent communication. Key Attributes and Qualifications for Success: The ideal candidate will be confident, energetic and possess the following attributes and qualifications: Current Driver's Licence. Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in an administrative role Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Committed to delivering 5-star customer service. Self-motivated and dedicated to achieving the best outcomes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively. Genuine interest in Property Management. An opportunity for training and career development is available for the right candidate. Working Hours: This is a permanent part-time position typically spread across a Monday to Friday schedule. Set weekly hours to be negotiated with the successful candidate but could suit around school drop off / pick up.
