About the Role: As the Rostering & Administration Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our operations, managing the scheduling and rostering of our pharmacy personnel. You'll ensure our workforce is effectively allocated, adhering to budget constraints and compliance requirements while supporting key HR administrative tasks. Your Key Responsibilities: Workforce scheduling: Oversee and adjust rosters to meet pharmacist staffing needs, ensuring optimal coverage, cost efficiency and the continuation of critical services across our pharmacies. Engagement: Work closely with Pharmacy Services Managers and other departments, using your strong communication skills to build effective working relationships. Planning: forecast, report and act on vacant shifts aimed to achieve full utilization of our personnel with a planned, longer term view. Compliance: Ensure scheduling meets industrial and industry compliance. HR Administration: Handle routine HR tasks and enquiries, including audits, report compilation, and payroll timesheet processing. Qualifications: Experience in a similar role, particularly in business administration or HR is desirable. Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills that are professional, timely and collaborative. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, for reporting and presentation purposes and the ability to learn utilized software platforms with ease. Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and meet deadlines.
