Recently, they have been listed as a preferred supplier for Western Australia Local Government Agencies. They are now seeking a skilled Tender Administrator to join their team. Role overview Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Tender Administrator to manage their tender processes and ensure successful submissions. This role is predominantly office-based, with occasional site visits to address queries related to tender releases. Some key responsibilities Tender Management: Prepare and manage tender submissions, including compiling documentation and writing proposals. Estimating: Utilise your estimating experience to provide accurate cost assessments for tenders. Presentation Preparation: Develop engaging and professional submission presentations using tools such as PowerPoint. Client Interaction: Represent the company in meetings with potential clients, introducing their products and services. Site Visits: Conduct site visits as needed to address queries related to tender releases. Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to gather necessary information and ensure accurate and timely submissions. Ideal candidate will bring Proven experience in estimating, tender writing, and ideally in the construction or playground sectors. Experience in sales, particularly in client-facing roles, is advantageous. Willingness to occasionally travel to sites for tender-related queries.
