Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: - Qualifying sales leads through phone calls and email - Being the first point of contact and acting as the company champion with being able to communicate about products and promotions - Liaising with internal stakeholders on sales enquiries and moving these through the appropriate channels - Reporting and updating the CRM system - Management of Product REGO system - Sales Data Analysis - Commercial - Collection of POS/SOH Data Points - Market Insights - Demonstration product management for Sales Team - Having strong product knowledge - Supporting the wider sales team in addition to the Sales Manager - Manage online enquiries with customer service - Responding to phone and email enquiries - Updating customers on any promotional material - Data entry and administration - Managing company assets To be considered for his role, the following skills required: - Strong customer service and/or internal sales would be highly desirable - A charismatic and driven person with a great attitude - Strong computer literacy, Advanced Excel and exposure to CRM systems [Microsoft Dynamics advantageous but not essential] - Analytical and attention to detail - Ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team and ask questions - Reliable - Team player with a proactive attitude - Highly organised Fortive Corporation Overview Fortive's essential technology makes the world stronger, safer, and smarter.
