Member Services Administrator Full-time, permanent role with flexible WFH opportunities Based in North Shore Region, NSW | On-site parking available Competitive Remuneration of $70,000 - $75,000 Super About the Role: As the Member Services Administrator, you will play a key role in enhancing member engagement, ensuring compliance, providing vital administrative support, and leading technological initiatives within the organisation. You will also: Perform a variety of general administrative tasks to support the organisation and its members Optimise processes, enhance member interactions, and spearhead technology-driven projects Assist in managing member audits, coordinating with the audit panel to streamline the audit process, communicating with members, and ensuring accurate documentation Be the primary point of contact for incoming calls, delivering excellent customer service with outstanding phone etiquette Manage communication with members through email and social media platforms To Succeed in This Role, You Will Need: Ideally 3 years of experience in administration, project support, or a related role Proficiency with technology, including MS Office Suite, and other platforms used for member communication and interaction, such as social media Strong stakeholder management skills, along with excellent written and verbal communication abilities Outstanding phone etiquette and a track record of resolving customer issues with strong problem-solving and customer service skills A proactive, member-focused mindset with exceptional attention to detail A collaborative, open approach that fosters a positive team environment This is an exciting opportunity to make an impact at a leading NFP organisation, working within a dynamic team that promotes a culture of inclusivity, openness, and collaboration.
