About The Opportunity As the Junior Contracts Administrator, you will play a vital role in managing and coordinating various project tasks at the Brisbane Head Office, with occasional site visits. Some of your key responsibilities will include: Subcontractor administration, including sourcing, awarding, and assessing progress claims Assisting Project Manager and Senior Contracts Administrator with project administration Project estimating, material take-offs, and preparing project quotes Preparing project programs and contributing to policy development Tender administration, sourcing quotes, and awarding contracts Monitoring project budget and liaising with site supervisors About You The successful candidate will have: 3-5 years of experience in a similar role A degree in Construction Management or relevant experience in a senior trades role Proficiency with Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, MS Project), An eye for detail and the ability to work well under pressure Excellent communication and organisational skills You will also have a systematic approach, good documentation skills, and a broad understanding of the construction industry and regulations.
