This incredible role could be yours An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Insurance Administrator/ Processor to join a well-established and respected boutique brokerage. The successful candidate will have a background in either administration or insurance and possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a passion to succeed in the Insurance industry. The role: This role will enable you to utilize your well-developed people skills and extensive experience in administration and processing. You will be required to liaise with underwriters, brokers and other staff within the organisation. Main responsibilities: Time management skills to ensure all documents (Quotations, Renewal Notices, Cover Letters, Etc.) are processed in a timely manner Reporting on turnaround for requested documents Preparation and uploading of spreadsheets for New Business and Renewal Notices Entering details for New Business Quotations into the system Organising Policy Schedule Notices and Questionnaires to be sent out prior to the renewal date General Administrative duties including office up keep Any other ad-hoc duties required by management The requirements: Minimum of 3 years experience in administration or 1 year experience in Insurance Basic knowledge of General Insurance products Possess or willing to obtain Tier 2 Insurance Broking Understanding of Sunrise & Winbeat software (desirable) Excellent communication and negotiation skills Proficient with Microsoft Office and Data Entry Experience dealing with quotations and renewals (desirable) The benefits: Competitive salary package Fantastic ongoing training and development Friendly working environment If you are serious about progressing your career please contact Nathan Anning on 0404 891 108 or email nathananningandersenpartnership.com
