In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Technology, serving as the cornerstone for delivering and managing projects across a variety of verticals. Our clients aren’t your typical small businesses, this role will provide you with the opportunity to work on intricate server and network solutions. On top of the normal upgrade, relocation, and migration projects we play a key role in our clients building projects that require us to design and implement entire IT infrastructure solutions from end to end. If you are bored of the conventional IT environment and want to be involved in exciting projects, this is the role for you Key Responsibilities: Lead projects spanning across the entire Microsoft Stack Implementation of server and storage infrastructure to support virtualisation, particularly VMware Implement and upgrade enterprise networking solutions, including Switches, Firewalls and Wireless technologies Collaborate on solution design and project scoping Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure the successful delivery of projects Create comprehensive project documentation Provide mentorship to junior team members What We're Looking For: 5 years of technical experience with 3 years of experience working on projects (MSP Experience Desirable) Experience implementing and supporting Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, Active Directory, EntraID, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams and Intune Experience configuring Virtual Host Servers, SAN storage and VMWare Strong networking experience across enterprise switches, firewalls and wireless Good understanding of VLANs, routing protocols and VPNs Experience implementing backup and DR technologies A team player who can work collaboratively, with proven skills in troubleshooting, problem solving and critical thinking Exceptional organisational, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills Experience managing projects and working closely with internal and external stakeholders A current Australian driver's license Why JEM?
