Please note, there is no set closing date, therefore we recommend applying at your earliest convenience About the role: The Patient Administration Manager is responsible for leading the administration, Billing & Ward clerk team and ensuring efficient patient administration and finance processes are carried out in timely manner, providing high levels of customer service and working in accordance with Hospital policy and the Mission and Values of Calvary Health Care The Patient Administration team reports works closely with a broad range of stakeholders including Clinical and non-Clinical departments, Doctors and patients in delivering an efficient and controlled Patient booking, admission, discharge and billing process in accordance with Hospital policy. About you: Demonstrated experience in hospital booking, administration and finance processes. Demonstrated understanding of hospital and heath funds compliance requirements for all patient administration processes. Ability to supervise patient administration teams with highly-developed customer service, strong teamwork ethics and an outcomes focus. Strong administrative skills and experience, with excellent written and verbal communication skills including a high level of proficiency in hospital financial applications (iPM, Finance One, Kronos or other like software systems) Must demonstrate initiative and self-motivation with strong time management and prioritisation skills. Must be a great team player and have a high standard of work ethic (and be willing to have some fun).
