The Position Reporting to the Customer Service Lead, your duties will include: Respond promptly via phone and email to customer enquiries, communicating updates, delays or changes etc Request customer details and utilize portal for all updates and transaction history Manage queries and complaints to ensure mutual beneficial results Discuss policies and procedures with customers to ensure a clear comprehension Collaborate with various departments and share knowledge to achieve team goals and objectives Actively participate in discussions regarding improving business processes and procedures Comply with all regulations, both internal and external Work amogst a small team, contributing and providing support The Candidate To be considered, you must have worked in a similar position in a Call Centre/Contact Centre environment and display the following: Effective time management and prioritisation skills, balancing multiple task Clear and precise verbal and written communication Strong problem solving and investigating capability Competency in communicating effectively through a variety of platforms A professional, polite, and clear phone manner at all times Nobility, passion, and a strong willingness to learn System savvy with high attention to detail Take the chance now to maximise your professional potential in a company with global reach and a lively team culture.
