The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support, enabling EML to pro-actively manage personal injury claims effectively. In this position, you will be working quickly and accurately to provide data-entry services to the business by performing a high volume of data processing work. This includes keying medical certificates, processing and reviewing stakeholder accounts and processing reimbursements. This will be a permanent, full time position based in the Melbourne office, with flexibility to work from home. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Providing the highest standard of customer service to both internal and external stakeholders in line with EML values Claim registration Accurate and timely processing of payments and reimbursements High volume of data entry related activities Maintain claim file notes by entering actions undertaken into the claims system, as directed Identify, classify and re-index a high volume of inbound documentation Management of incoming and outgoing medical documentation Management and resolution of general phone enquiries ABOUT YOU Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Demonstrated exceptional customer service skills Ability to take direction and follow instructions and work as part of a team Knowledge of the relevant worker’s compensation legislation and regulations Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm with a 95% accuracy rate Previous experience in worker’s compensation insurance would be advantageous WHAT WE OFFER We stand together as equals.
