This role will be based at our Brisbane Corporate Support Office, located Wacol . Reporting to the National Sales Administration Manager – Mining you will be responsible for: Provide administrative support to the Administration Manager and Mining sales department and general administration tasks including Branch requests Source quotes and raise vendor purchase orders Managing tasks within the Dealer Management System (Dynamics) Ordering and management of promotional goods for the mining department Ordering, receipting and maintaining records / reports To be conversant with and take an active part in all Quality Procedures, SOX and Internal audit compliance for the Mining Sales departments. Support the national Mining Sales team with customer and product marketing activates. To be successful in your application you will need: 12 months of experience in Sales Administration Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task Ability to prioritise workload with a high level of accuracy.
