The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximise sales performance, improve customer experience, and drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales optimisation strategies aligned with company goals and objectives. Collaborate with senior management to set sales targets and forecast future performance Process Improvement: Analyze existing sales processes and methodologies to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains. Design and implement streamlined sales processes and workflows to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and make necessary adjustments. Review sales video sessions - 10 hours per week and provide feedback. Performance Management: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure sales team performance. Provide regular reports and insights on sales performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement. Review individual performance and provide insight to the head of sales. Customer Experience Enhancement: Develop strategies to improve the overall customer journey and experience. Implement feedback mechanisms to gather customer insights and tailor services accordingly. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective sales and service delivery. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure alignment and support of sales initiatives. Participate in product development discussions to provide sales insights and market feedback. Collaborate on promotional activities and campaigns to drive sales and brand awareness.
