Job Description Reporting to the Regional Manager the Project Engineer role is tailored for a dedicated and motivated individual with previous experience in road and earthworks projects. This role requires experience in dealing directly with the client, managing the development and implementation of systems and project delivery. Key Requirements: Tertiary qualified degree in civil engineering A background within the civil construction industry with a suitable understanding of construction projects, work activities, resources with sound plant capability and productivity knowledge, Minimum 2 years’ experience Demonstrate experience to lead a team with the ability to build a culture of accountability and performance Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with relevant codes and standards Good understanding of cost control, cost forecast and time deliverables Current unrestricted drivers licence We are looking for someone with the following attributes: Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage, influence, and maintain relationships with our clients and stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to develop effective and productive working relationships managing our subcontractors and suppliers. A commitment to Commercial acumen & contractual awareness with strong knowledge of WHS and Compliance. Strong leadership and management skills. Great attitude and ambition to progress into a senior position within the business.
