Duties include: Manage and oversee the new car sales operations, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and customer satisfaction. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract and retain customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with walk-in clients, online inquiries, and follow-up on sales leads. Coordinate with the sales team to provide exceptional service and support to customers. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Applicant Requirements: This role requires a motivated inspirational individual with excellent skills in sales and a proven track record as an Automotive Sales Leader, someone who is happy to be hands on, speaking with customers when required. Proven experience in automotive sales and leadership. Strong understanding of the automotive industry and sales processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
