About the Role: This is a newly created position due to the company's growth. What You'll Do: Follow up customer enquiries coming via phone, email or website Be a point of contact for customers building strong relationships and understanding their needs Use your technical knowledge to interpret the customers' requirements to provide tailored solutions that deliver the best result and product Manage the customer from initial conversation to preparation of quote and processing orders Collaborate with internal team to ensure delivery of innovative and customised products What You Bring: A background and experience in plumbing and/or construction Strong technical aptitude, allowing you to understand and solve complex client requirements. Capacity to read and interpret technical drawing An inquisite nature, ability to ask the right questions to problem solve and solution sell Excellent communication skills and a knack for building and nurturing client relationships Strong computer skills with Intermediate MS office suite experience (focusing on Excel) Why Apply?
