We now have an exciting opportunity available for a Project Administrator to join our Engineering and Planning team in Melbourne, VIC on a Permanent Full Time or Part Time Basis. Reporting to the Team Lead Project Excellence, you will play a key role in providing timely, effective and accurate administrative support and documentation assistance to Project teams. Key Responsibilities Work with APA Document Control to ensure project and engineering documentation is appropriately processed, stored and manage Coordinate with Procurement and Purchasing teams to facilitate the timely engagement of contractors and acquisition of materials and equipment. Arrange travel and accommodation in line with our Travel Policy and procedures. Organise and attend meetings, including taking and distributing detailed minutes as needed. Follow up on action items and outcomes from project-related workshops. Your Background Proven experience in a project administration role with a solid track record of supporting engineering project development and execution. Demonstrated ability to approach tasks with a continuous improvement mindset. High proficiency in computer systems, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with strong command of written and verbal English. Experience in the gas, petroleum, energy, or utilities industries is preferred.
