About the Role We are seeking a Customer Service - Team Leader with exceptional people management skills to join our Glendenning, Sydney, NSW branch. In this pivotal role, you will lead and inspire a high-performing Customer Service and Triage team. You’ll be responsible for driving KPIs and results, ensuring compliance with processes, and taking the initiative to continually improve our operations. While experience in manufacturing is highly regarded, we welcome candidates with demonstrated leadership experience in managing successful teams in any industry. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management: Lead, motivate, and support your team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. Provide guidance and address escalations to ensure smooth operations. Process Improvement: Take the initiative to identify and implement improvements in processes, aiming to enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall team performance. KPI & Results Management: Drive your team to meet and exceed KPIs and operational targets, ensuring high levels of productivity and customer service. Compliance & Standards: Ensure strict adherence to established processes and safety standards, promoting a zero-tolerance approach to non-compliance. Customer Interaction: Oversee the management of customer inquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate service. Support your team in handling complex or escalated cases. Requirements To excel in this role, you'll need: Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading and managing successful teams. Manufacturing experience is highly regarded but not essential. People Management: Strong skills in coaching, mentoring, and developing team members. Process & Results Orientation: A proactive approach to driving process improvements, KPIs, and compliance. Communication & Problem-Solving: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle complex situations and drive positive outcomes.
