INTERNAL SALES & CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE Digga is family owned and operated, Australian manufacturer of Machinery attachments for the Earthmoving & Construction industry. We have an opportunity for an Internal Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team based at our head office site in Yatala, Qld. You will be passionate about providing a quality customer service experience and be able to demonstrate outstanding skills in multitasking for this fast-paced environment. To be successful in the role you will be an enthusiastic sales professional with great administration skills. You will be responsible for: Dealing with walk in customers and over the counter sales Efficiently & effectively processing internal sales orders, quotes and general sales paperwork Liaise with internal stakeholders, including team members from planning, production, and despatch, to ensure sales orders are fulfilled accurately and on time Develop and maintain up to date knowledge of Digga’s product range Support customer end to end administrative requirements Develop and support effective relationships with dealers and customers Creating a memorable customer experience – ensuring all quotes and orders are followed through from point of sale, through manufacturing to ensure the product is delivered in full and on time To be successful for this role you will have: Experience in a similar customer service role or knowledge of sales practices highly regarded Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confident and outgoing nature with a professional attitude Highly motivated, and ability to work autonomously Reliability and strong work ethic required Good organizational and planning skills Passionate about providing a high level of customer service & customer relationships Must demonstrate the desire to perform in a professional manner as a team member Experience with ERP (Infor M3) or CRM advantageous Whilst not essential, experience working within a manufacturing/trade environment or knowledge or passion for earthmoving equipment and attachments will be highly regarded.
