Your role at St John of God Subiaco Hospital You will provide a high-level administrative service to the Safety, Quality and Risk (SQR) Team under the guidance of the Manager. The Position Provide professional administrative support to the SQR team and the Manager. Maintain confidentiality and a high level of discretion at all times. Produce accurate well-presented documents, including typing and compilation of reports, presentations, letters, memos and minutes. Respond in a timely and appropriate manner to all enquiries. Arrange meetings and ensures supporting documentation is prepared and distributed appropriately. Maintain a well-organised filing and information system and ensure all documents are secure and handled according to hospital protocols. Ensure office equipment is maintained at the requisite standard. Maintain stationery stock. All other reasonable duties as directed by the relevant Manager/Supervisor You will demonstrate advanced word processing skills with the ability to display documentation in a professional manner. Demonstrated skills in written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft letters, memos, standard reports and other correspondence on behalf of the Manager, will be essential to this role. To succeed you will hold a Certificate in Administration/Secretarial Studies or considerable experience in a similar role and demonstrate advance interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with Executive, Managers, Caregivers, the public and other external stakeholders in a courteous manner whilst conveying a high level of professionalism.
