They are an Australian owned company, and are now seeking an experienced ICT Sales Representative to join their Wantirna South team. The Role This role is required on a full-time basis with an annual salary of $74,000 plus superannuation. Responsibilities Has in-depth knowledge of all ICT products and services offered by the business Keeps up to date with ICT products available on the market, including those offered by competitors Identifies and organizes prospective clients for the business using various sources Maintains rapport and mutually beneficial relationships with the current client base Establishes relationships with prospective clients to create further sales opportunities for the business Determines clients' needs and effectively explains the ICT products or services that match those needs Promotes the business's products and services to existing and prospective clients Quotes and negotiates prices and credit terms with current and prospective clients Records orders and completes contracts for the sale of products Organizes the delivery and, if necessary, installation of products Reports sales to management Assesses the demand for different ICT products offered by the business and reports to management Resolves client issues quickly and efficiently Follows up with clients to ensure satisfaction with products and services Prepares sales reports and maintains and submits records of business expenses incurred The Requirements At least a Bachelor Degree in in a relevant field, Minimum of 4 years in a similar role in a commercial capacity At least 4 years proven track record in sales in the ICT industry, with experience in B2B and B2C sales Strong customer service orientation and commitment service delivery. Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Ability to work efficiently, accurately with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written). Strong problem-solving skills with the ability and willingness to utilise initiative. Able to deal with stressful situations confidently and calmly. Proven ability to work within and contribute to a positive team environment. Exceptional time management and organisational skills, with a solutions-focused approach to managing
