An exciting opportunity exists for an Administration Assistant to join our Brisbane based team. The role is integral to the smooth functioning of the office and interface to operations. By delivering your duties with professionalism, efficiency, and discretion, you contribute to the overall effectiveness and success of the organisation. This role has the opportunity to be a Traineeship position, where a candidate gains on the job work experience while also completing a Certificate III in Business. Responsibilities Provide general administrative support including data entry, meeting minutes, document management and formatting Organise office services and supplies, including taking inventory and placing orders as needed Assist with business marketing and communications Assist with database and systems management Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency Assist in diary management, organising meetings, events, and conferences Organise travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and transport Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry Key skills and experience Experience in using office software, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Proactive and resourceful personality, with a can-do mindset Ability to coordinate and prioritise competing demands Possess a high level of diplomacy and discretion on confidential matters High attention to detail Willingness to pitch in to assist others as necessary to contribute to the overall success of the team Note for recruiters.
