Role Overview As a Contracts Administrator at Sentinel Property Group, you'll play a vital role in our Project Management team. Reporting to the Director of Projects, you'll be responsible for managing all aspects of contractor management and ensuring onsite services are conducted safely, thoroughly, and timely. Key Responsibilities As a Contracts Administrator, you will be responsible for: Arranging meetings with cross-functional departments to understand project requirements Preparing tenders, including drafting scopes of work, reviewing contractor pricing, and conducting tender interviews Assisting the Director of Projects with pre-construction/early investigation works Preparing and submitting Capex Requests with project recommendations and preferred contractors Managing the procurement process from RFI/RFQ to project close-out. Negotiating contract agreements and terms & conditions Preparing, reviewing, and managing subcontractor and supplier contracts Providing administrative support to ensure projects meet contractual, time, and cost requirements Liaising with subcontractors to ensure compliance with insurance requirements Reviewing, approving, and administrating contractor invoices and variations Assisting in the resolution of contract disputes Handling post-contractual duties and project close-out requirements Managing client liaison and third-party stakeholder interactions Are you someone with?
