About the role Working with well-established and highly respected brands and Retailers, an exciting career opportunity exists for a detail orientated Junior Account Manager to help curate our product assortments and ensure speed, certainty and convenience for our customers. Specifically, your responsibilities will include: Liaise with customers and suppliers daily with respect to order management, artworks, sampling and production. Ensure that all spec sheets and submission forms are filled out, accurately and within timeframes. Coordinating and preparing customer presentations. Provide outstanding administrative assistance and support to the Account Managers. Monitor and maintain product data sheets. Managing and updating internal data system. Coordinating samples. To be amazing in this role Your exceptional interpersonal, administrative and organisational skills will quickly mean you become the go to support superstar. This hands-on role would be suited to a candidate who moves fast, thinks fast and is highly organised with 1-2 years experience in a Retail or similar background. We are looking for the following skills and experience: Relevant retail exposure with past experience supporting a buying team would be advantageous. Analytical ability, numeric accuracy and attention to detail. Exceptional administration skills. Excellent time management and organisational skills Well-developed project management capability. Enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment; able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. What’s in it for you?
