Your role is all about delivering support to the Centre Management team and handling key administrative tasks with precision. Be the first point of contact for calls and inquiries, managing everything from general queries to customer feedback with professionalism and a positive attitude. Keep the Centre’s operations seamless by organising events, maintaining databases, and handling internal communications. Support the team with everything from managing supplies to incident reporting, and assist with financial tasks like raising purchase orders and managing invoices. Take charge of sales and traffic data collection, ensuring it’s accurately entered and reported on time. Coordinate casual mall leasing, managing bookings, paperwork, and tenant communication to ensure everything runs like clockwork. your advantage A solid administration background paired with a passion for customer service. Retail shopping centre experience (a big plus, but not a dealbreaker). Sharp skills in Microsoft Office. An eagle eye for detail, top-notch communication skills, and the ability to work independently. A proactive mindset, always ready to tackle challenges head-on.
