Excellent opportunity for a highly motivated Office Administrator to join a leading Equities Trading and Corporate Advisory firm City based office TLH Recruitment is proudly collaborating with a reputable Corporate Advisory & Equities Trading firm who is looking for its next motivated and career oriented Office Administrator. To join this dynamic firm who prides itself on building strong client relationships you will be someone who has experience working in a fast paced environment by providing support to the team of Advisors. You will be able to work to tight deadlines , be professional and customer focused with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Must have basic to intermediate experience using Xero in a working capacity. This is a permanent full time position paying a salary of $60k - $65k plus super depending on experience Key Responsibilities: Reception duties, answering incoming calls, taking messages or transferring when required Greet clients and visitors, having them sign the visitor register Ensure kitchen, reception and staff areas are clean and tidy on a daily basis Manage boardroom calendar, set up for internal and external meetings Manage office supplies and stationary, keep replenished General accounts tasks such as generating invoices using Xero and chasing up overdue invoices with clients Receipt handlings Checking mailbox daily Scanning and filing documents, general administration duties and office maintenance. Essential Qualifications, Skills and Experience : Experience using Xero - Basic to intermediate knowledge required Excellent personal presentation and communication skills Professional telephone manner Strong MS Office and G-suite skills Confidence to work individually and as part of a team Excellent attention to detail, a positive attitude and a high work ethic .
