The Role We are seeking an experienced Associate or Senior Associate with at least 4 years PQE to join our busy and successful Projects, Infrastructure & Construction team in our Sydney office. You will have the opportunity to consistently challenge yourself while working on a broad range of interesting building, construction and infrastructure projects including industrial, public infrastructure, commercial, residential and retail. In this position, you will be exposed to a range of clients including developers, head contractors, consultants, subcontractors and neutrals. You will need to demonstrate a high degree of confidence, commercial acumen and ability to work with autonomy and as part of a team with both internal and external clients. You will also need solid experience in drafting of commercial and litigation documents and provision of commercial legal advice. You will be provided with continuous learning opportunities and will be mentored and supported as you develop your career as a Projects, Infrastructure & Construction Associate. Your learning experience will be underpinned by an excellent CLE program, the opportunity to build relationships within our National Projects, Infrastructure & Construction Team and exposure to work across Australia.
