About The Role: As the Fleet Administrator, you will play a critical role in overseeing and coordinating all administrative functions related to the effective management of the vehicle fleet. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks aimed at ensuring the smooth operation, compliance, and optimization of fleet activities. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all administrative tasks related to fleet management, including vehicle purchases, sales, maintenance, and servicing Coordinate with stakeholders to manage vehicle issuance and returns Keep company vehicle databases current and accurate Prepare and provide necessary documentation to staff for vehicle issuance and return Assist with claims, insurance, registration, petrol card, and toll account management Serve as the primary contact for minor fleet issues Report fleet requirements, issues, and opportunities to management Conduct vehicle inspections as needed Review invoices from service providers for accuracy and process payments Monitor and manage staff-submitted monthly vehicle log sheets Skills and Experience: Excellent organizational and prioritisation skills, with a track record of meeting deadlines and providing regular progress updates Some experience in fleet management or logistics is preferred Ability to work independently and maintain precise records Strong verbal and written communication skills, including effective listening and inquiry abilities Capable of analysing information and presenting resolution options to management Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy Valid driver’s license Eligibility to undergo a National Police Check Click the " APPLY " button now
