We are seeking dedicated Customer Care Consultants to join this dynamic Call Centre team located in state-of-the-art offices in Parramatta. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive and positive work environment where you can grow and develop your career with a national financial services firm ABOUT THE ROLE We're seeking dedicated individuals for multiple permanent roles starting in October You'll work on-site located a short stroll from Parramatta station but can also enjoy the flexibility of working from home 3 days per week once the training period ends. Please be prepared to select a preference: The base salary is $61,000 super with shift loading on top. This means you will earn between $66,000 - $71,000 super per annum. If you choose the rotational shift option your potential earnings will be higher. Option A - Rotational Shift Standard 37.5 hour week and 7.5 hour days Monday to Friday with a shift every second Saturday (in place of one midweek day) Shift times : 7:45-16:00, 8:15-16:30, 10:45-19:00, 12:00-20:15 18% shift loading on top of base salary Option B - Fixed Shift Standard 37.5 hour week and 7.5 hour days Monday to Friday 9.5% shift loading on top of base salary Shift time: starting from 8.30 am to 9 am DUTIES Manage a high volume of inbound calls Update and maintain databases Troubleshoot customer issues over the phone Deliver top class, timely customer service Handle challenging customer conversations with confidence BENEFITS 50% subsidy on Health Insurance 18 weeks parental leave Extensive training and career development opportunities An extra day off for Family & Friends Day Hybrid working arrangements for better work-life balance Health and wellbeing programs Recognition programs to celebrate your achievements In summary, we are seeking candidates with similar experience who can thrive both within a team and independently.
