You will be assisting to provide healthcare solutions delivered directly to our patients doors by making sure all orders are packed accurately, securely and dispatched in a fast-paced environment. Here's some of what you will be working on each week: Accurately picking and packing pharmaceutical orders (including temperature-sensitive medications) Ensuring all orders are packed securely to prevent damage and to ensure manufacturer recommended storage conditions are maintained during transit. Maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse environment to ensure safety and efficiency. Preparing and assembling packing materials Accessing and replenishing stock in temperature-controlled environments (eg. freezer, cold room) Stock transfer between locations when required Assisting our pharmacists with operational and administrative tasks as required (e.g, stocktakes, expiry date checks, tidying up, courier collection etc) Skills and experience that will help you to be successful in this role: Previous pharmacy or warehouse experience advantageous Basic computer skills (Google Docs/Sheets/Word/Excel) Understanding of safe manual handling, safety protocols and PPE Attention to detail and accuracy Reliable, proactive and enthusiastic work ethic Strong time management, organisational and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a collaborative team environment Forklift licence - highly desirable Queensland drivers licence and vehicle required Our culture and perks: Having a great culture is something that we value highly at Midnight Health and as a result, have developed a number of great initiatives for our team: We enjoy an autonomous and accountable culture through our Work Your Way initiative and provide the flexibility to determine how to best deliver the outcomes that drive our business growth and profitability.
