We are seeking a corporate commercial lawyer eager to expand their expertise in an innovative and fast-paced environment. As a key member of the in-house Corporate Markets legal team, you will collaborate closely with a supportive Senior Legal Counsel to provide strategic legal advice across multiple business units. This opportunity includes the responsibility of drafting, negotiating, and amending varying client contracts, including indemnities, limitations of liability, and termination rights. You'll handle negotiations with clients’ legal representatives, manage privacy issues, assist with internal restructures, and provide legal guidance on technology-related contracts. Have the opportunity to assist with internal, restructures, asset sales and ownership transitions. Candidates with 3-5 years’ experience in mid to top-tier environments or established in-house roles are preferred. Corporate law, financial services and procedures expertise is desirable, with funds experience preferred but not essential. Experience in handling privacy and technology related legal issues is an added plus. A current Australian Practising Certificate is required.
