With over 4 decades of expertise in shaping Australia’s development landscape, this developer is known for its commitment to sustainability & innovation your role in this role, you will support the Sales Consultant by handling daily sales office activities. This includes selling both built form and land product, providing customer service, managing sales centre administration, and overseeing the Salesforce database. You will also assist with follow-up calls and support sales and marketing functions for display suite openings and project launches. your advantage to thrive in this role, you should have: A current Real Estate Certificate (Agent Representative Licence, Diploma of Property Services, or Diploma of Property - Agency Management). Demonstrated experience in real estate administration or sales. Prior exposure to OTP Greenfields would be highly advantageous Strong database management skills and excellent customer service abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, with strong written and verbal communication skills. A polished personal presentation.
