Reporting to the Merchandise Manager, this 12-month fixed term contract will be based in Hamilton, Brisbane. As we look to continually develop our existing Company Operated, Caltex Star Mart network, we are seeking someone with a passion for Retailing and can hit the ground running. You will be able to identify and understand our customer's needs, deliver value to them whilst delivering profitable growth to the network. The successful candidate responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: - Developing category plans and strategies resulting in performance improvement - Deliver sales and volume growth based on market analysis and trends - Building and maintaining effective supplier relationships - Negotiating mutually agreeable terms - Space management - Continuously challenging and improving the company's current in store offer - Creating efficiencies - Special projects about you We know our greatest resource is the ingenuity, creativity and innovation of our people.
