You will be administering various student data and records to meet regulatory and compliance requirements for reporting of Higher Education Loan Program (HELP) debts, issuance of course completion documentation, and other legislative data reporting. Key responsibilities include: Data Administration & Reporting Compiling & inputting student data across various databases Submitting accurate student data to regulatory bodies (TSCI / DESE / AHPRA) Process loan applications in compliance with HELP Administration Administration Coordination and Support Process student record updates in a timely manner Process eligibility to graduate requests and timely production of all student completion documentation, including Academic Transcripts, and Competency Statements About you At least 3 years’ experience in administrative roles. A relevant business or administration qualification. Knowledge of the Australian tertiary education sector is desirable Experience using Higher Education / Vocational Education and Training administrative systems, procedures and practices is desirable Excellent computer skills and knowledge and the ability to lean new platforms High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Sensitivity to confidentiality, data protection and safe record keeping. Ability to prioritise a busy workload and meet strict deadlines under pressure, with minimal supervision. Good communication and interpersonal skills enabling effective working relationships with colleagues and external contacts.
