In this role, you’ll lead and mentor a creative team, developing and executing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms and be the key player in leading the creative vision and identity for the business. Responsibilities: Develop and manage the creative direction and visual identity for our client aligning with strategic goals and acting as the key creative decision-maker. Lead execution of e-commerce imagery, digital ads, and social media content to ensure brand integrity and audience engagement. Manage and mentor a team of designers and copywriters, fostering creativity. Conceptualise campaigns for digital and traditional marketing channels. Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to translate business objectives into creative strategies. Oversee retail and e-commerce packaging design. Manage external creative partnerships, budgets, and timelines while staying updated on industry trends.
