The Role Toll People is is looking for TWO passionate and dedicated Operations Supervisors on behalf of our Industry-Leading Client in Truganina VIC. These are full time opportunities with shift times ranging from 6 AM to 3:30 PM working Monday- Friday and alternative Saturday. We are seeking individuals who share our vision of operational excellence and can ensure we continue to provide our customers confidence and supply chain reliability. These are opportunities for an established supply chain professionals to develop their career in roles that are responsible for driving warehouse operations, inclusive of managing all warehouse duties such as shipping, receiving of materials, unpacking containers, stocking, picking goods for deliveries warehouse and managing operational & customer service performance. Key Responsibilities Promoting a safety-first culture ensuring commitment to safety, chain of responsibility and compliance with licensing protocols. Provide warehouse operational oversight, ensuring appropriate operational KPI's are developed and achieved so that service delivery meets contractual requirements. Identifying, evaluating and addressing risks focused on continuous improvement and innovation. Effective management and development of direct reports and operational teams. Partnership approach to customer relationships facilitating organic growth. Ensure that the systems and resources available are fully utilised to provide confidence to our customers. Champion safety and ensure all employees and operational staff follow OHS and site safety requirements. Maintain clear and effective communication with drivers, customers, and internal teams. Address any issues or delays promptly to minimise disruptions. Skills & Experience Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence all levels. Ability to identify continuous improvement projects for the warehouse operations, make proposals and implement agreed projects. Previous experience working towards building and maintaining a safety culture. Be able to adapt quickly to a dynamic work environment with changing responsibilities and tasks.
