Global IT Consulting Companyasap startcontract Join our client, a leading global IT consulting organization, in Canberra as a Support Administrator / Office Administrator on an initial 3-month contract with potential extension. Responsibilities: Manage incoming calls, screen inquiries, and resolve or escalate issues as needed. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and facsimiles, ensuring timely distribution. Coordinate site maintenance and repair requests. Maintain office supplies inventory and manage additional supplies as required. Oversee facilities management activities. Efficiently manage electronic diaries and schedules, including travel arrangements. Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support independently. Maintain both physical and electronic filing systems. Facilitate information flow among internal and external stakeholders. Prepare and distribute management reports, presentations, and maintain databases. Ideal Candidate Profile: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to thrive under pressure, and strong organizational abilities. Positive attitude with meticulous attention to detail. Previous entry-level experience is preferred. Demonstrated experience in a related administrative environment.
