Join a leading architectural practice in Melbourne, renowned for designing luxurious and innovative spaces that shape the hospitality industry. Our client is seeking a talented FF&E Designer to bring hotel projects to life through expert selection and specification of Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment, with proficiency in Revit as a must. Key Responsibilities: Lead FF&E design for high-profile hotel projects, ensuring alignment with architectural vision. Source and specify furniture, fixtures, fabrics, and finishes that meet project requirements. Work closely with the interior design and architecture teams to ensure cohesive project delivery. Create detailed FF&E schedules, presentations, and mood boards to communicate design concepts to clients. Manage budgets, timelines, and supplier relationships for smooth procurement and delivery. Ensure Revit models are fully integrated with FF&E designs. Key Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of FF&E design experience, ideally within the hospitality sector . Strong knowledge of hotel interiors and luxury design trends. Proficiency in Revit is essential. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A keen eye for detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
