This role will be based at our Brisbane Corporate Support Office, located Wacol . Reporting to the National Manager – Mining Technology you will be responsible for: Provide administrative support to the National Manager and Wenco sales team and general administration tasks including supporting mining sales team Source quotes and raise vendor purchase orders Maintaining Wenco spreadsheets, QA procedures and reports Managing tasks within the Dealer Management System (Dynamics) Ordering and management of promotional goods for the mining department To be conversant with and take an active part in all Quality Procedures To be successful in your application you will need: 12 months of experience in a Sales admin role Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task Ability to prioritise workload with a high level of accuracy.
