ASAP start Storeperson / Forklift Operator Temp to Perm Day shift - 8am till 4.06pm Immediate start available Mulgrave location The Company Our client, based in Mulgrave, is proud to be Australia’s largest supplier of consumables, tools and equipment to the Automotive and Sport & Fitness industries. They offer direct importation on a global scale from manufacturers including a range of products to panel beaters and spray painters, as well as fitness hardware including treadmills, exercise bikes and gymnasiums. They are achieving excellent growth rates in this sector and are now looking for an experienced Storeperson who will thrive in a fast-paced but collaborative environment. Your duties will include, but not limited to: Picking and packing orders Palletising stock Receiving & despatching goods and completing appropriate documentation Inventory control Cleaning and / or maintaining your work area Operating mobile plant equipment Manual handling inc container unloading If licenced, using a forklift to move goods around the warehouse into selected racking To be successful, you will need to have: Solid background in warehousing - Certificate II or III in Warehousing Operations highly regarded Intermediate computer skills Organisational skills Must be an active team member Physically fit - be involved in manual handling Proactive attitude and have the ability to meet company targets Drivers licence First Aid certificate - highly regarded A valid LF licence - beneficial but not essential Hours & Pay Rate: Monday to Friday - 8am - 4:06 pm - Temp to Perm after 6-months Storeperson - $32.35 p/hr casual then $29 p/hr perm Storeperson with Forklift licence - $33.13 p/hr casual then $30 p/hr perm We request that candidates have full Australian working rights.
